What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2-4 days to process your order and then 2-3 weeks to deliver it to you.
Where do you ship your products from?
Our international warehouses are located in USA, China, and Taiwan. Please expect our items to be shipped separately from different warehouses.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
I am missing some of the items in my order, what is going on?
Our items are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from three warehouses, it will come in three different shipments.
I received a broken item. What can I do now?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the broken item at seller@adroitOne.com and we will send you a replacement right away.

I have not received my order yet. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes International Shipping can take longer due to customs clearance. You can track your order and see where it's at right now. If you still feel you need help in tracking or need to inquire about your order then please email us at seller@adroitOne.com
Do you have a refund policy?
We try our best to resolve any issues customers have with their products online but if you want a refund for your products then we can do that if done within 30 days from the date of purchase.
